HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply by browsing the site you should consult our selection of products or use the internal search engine to find what you are looking for. When you find the product you are looking for, click on the "Buy" button on the item details page to add it to your order cart. Once you reach the cart page, you will be able to see the list of items you have selected. You will have the possibility to make any changes you want, such as modifying the quantity of an item or deleting an item from the cart. If you want to continue shopping, click on the "More purchases" button. Once you have added all the items you want to the cart, you are ready to complete your order. At this point you will have to choose the payment method. Once you have selected the payment method, click on "Complete order" and you will have to fill in the Personal Data Form. If you have already made a purchase on our portal, you will only have to enter your name and email address, your data is already registered in our database.

PRICES

Prices are variable, ex warehouse Cuggiono (Mi), additional to packaging and transport costs. All prices are in Euro, VAT included.

WARRANTY

We guarantee that the products purchased from us are free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer. This applies to damages resulting from defects. Claims resulting from inadmissible actions are excluded. If the buyer is a merchant, he must have fulfilled his inspection and complaint obligations in order to be entitled to the guarantee. Furthermore, defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. In the event of a timely and legitimate complaint, WalBike is obliged to replace the product at its own expense.

RESPONSIBILITY

Claims for compensation arising from delay, inability to fulfill the contract in full or in part, irregularities in the conclusion of the contract and non-contractual liability are excluded, unless the damage was caused by irresponsible and intentional behavior on the part of WalBike. Regardless of the legal basis, our liability is limited to the price of the goods shipped.

FINAL RULES

If one or more provisions of the general conditions of sale and trade should be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the general conditions of sale.
