WALBIKE ALLOWS YOU TO CHOOSE THE DELIVERY METHOD THAT YOU PREFER AND THAT BEST MEETS YOUR NEEDS

The fastest delivery method to your home in 24 hours (48 for islands) only for products with the wording “IMMEDIATE”, except for remote locations, from when the courier collects the goods from our warehouse. For shipments to Italy we use the GLS courier.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is determined primarily based on the weight/volume of the products purchased.
The cost detail will always be updated in the hand cart.

WHEN SHIPPING IS FREE

Shipping is free for orders over €25 throughout Italy.

ORDER TRACKING

At any time you can check the status of your orders in your account where you will always find the order status updated.

ACCEPTANCE AND WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVATION

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered.

If the packaging shows the slightest sign of damage and/or the number of packages delivered is different from the expected number, the Customer must immediately contest the discrepancies with the courier. To this end, it is necessary to write "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" on the courier's delivery receipt indicating the reason for such reservation.

Each courier is obliged to accept the acceptance with reservation. In the event that the courier does not grant acceptance with reservation, the Customer is strongly advised to contact WalBike SRL by telephone in the presence of the courier.

In the event that the packaging presents external damage (holes, folds, dents, cuts, openings, ...) it is advisable to photograph the packaging before opening. This activity is required for any reimbursement procedures to be carried out against the courier.

Warning: making a generic reservation or a reservation without adequate justification will result in NON acceptance of the damage from insurance coverage.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
